STEP 2 — SOURCING & TECHNICAL VETTING (Day 3–12)
F5 screens candidates through 3-stage vetting: skills assessment, technical interview, culture and communication evaluation. All candidates are background verified.

STEP 3 — CLIENT INTERVIEWS & SELECTION (Day 7–14)
F5 presents a curated shortlist of 3–5 pre-vetted candidates. Client interviews and selects. Shortlist delivered in 7–14 business days.

STEP 4 — F5 HIRES, ONBOARDS & MANAGES (Day 15–30)
F5 handles employment contracts, equipment provisioning, payroll setup, benefits, and performance monitoring.
