Our Methodology

How F5 Builds and Manages a Remote Hire

Five steps from first call to long-term placement. Every step is owned by F5 — clients approve, F5 executes.

Sourcing

F5 sources from 85,500+ candidates in our internal sourcing and screening database across Pune, Rajkot, and Manila. Pipeline work happens before clients arrive — clients receive a shortlist, not a job board.

Vetting

Every candidate passes technical assessment, scenario work, reference verification, and English communication review. Vetting is led by Arvind Dubey's team — clients are not the first filter.

Onboarding

Shortlist in 7–14 days, time to start in 30 days. F5 ships equipment, sets up accounts, runs first-week orientation, and assigns an account manager. The hire is at the desk, productive, by day 30.

Monitoring

F5 tracks attendance via We360, performance via F5 MyApp, and weekly check-ins through the assigned account manager. Issues surface before they become escalations. Clients see what F5 sees.

Replacement

If a hire underperforms or leaves, replacement is 7–14 days, zero cost, anytime. No re-recruitment fee, no re-onboarding fee, no minimum waiting period. The guarantee is structural, not promotional.
