F5 provides company-issued laptops and necessary software. Equipment is monitored and managed by F5.
F5 protects client IP through three layers. Every professional signs a confidentiality and IP assignment agreement before placement, with all work product transferring to the client by contract. Company-issued laptops carry endpoint monitoring, disk encryption, and restricted USB access. F5 hubs in Pune, Rajkot, and Manila operate badge-controlled facilities with logged screen activity for sensitive client work.
NDAs are signed by every F5 professional as a standard condition of employment, before any client information is shared. The F5 master NDA covers confidentiality, non-disclosure of client trade secrets, and post-termination obligations. Clients may also require their own NDA layered on top, which F5 routes to the assigned professional during onboarding.
F5 provides each professional with a company-issued laptop, dual monitors on request, noise-canceling headset, and ergonomic chair. Standard software (Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom) is included. Specialty software the client requires (Revit, Adobe Creative Cloud, Salesforce) is licensed by the client and installed by F5 IT during onboarding. All equipment is tracked in F5’s asset management system.
If a worker resigns, F5 begins replacement sourcing immediately at zero cost to the client and targets a 7–14 day shortlist for the replacement. F5 maintains a 95% client retention rate, measured as clients who continue beyond the first 3 months, in part because F5 employs the worker directly and manages compensation, growth path, and HR concerns that otherwise drive resignations. Knowledge transfer is coordinated with the outgoing worker before exit.
F5 professionals work in your existing stack rather than imposing F5 tools. Standard integrations include Slack or Microsoft Teams for messaging, Zoom or Google Meet for video, Asana or Jira for task tracking, and your project-specific tools (Procore, Salesforce, HubSpot, GitHub). Daily standups and weekly check-ins are scheduled in your time zone, with the worker on shifted hours to overlap your business day.
Performance is monitored on three cycles. Daily activity metrics flow through We360 and F5 MyApp covering active hours, application usage, and task completion. Weekly performance summaries from the F5 account manager flag any concerns and surface coaching needs. Monthly review calls between the client lead, the F5 account manager, and the worker confirm alignment on goals and reset priorities for the next cycle.
Workforce
Remote teams overlap with US business hours by working a shifted schedule from India or Philippines. F5 professionals typically work 4–8 hours of overlap with US Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific time, depending on the client’s preference. Pune and Rajkot drafters and engineers commonly cover 7am–3pm Eastern; Manila support staff often cover 9am–6pm Pacific. Shift expectations are set during the discovery call and locked in the job description.
English proficiency for F5 hires from India and Philippines is generally strong because both countries use English as a primary language of business and higher education. F5 screens every candidate on written and spoken English during vetting, and the 85,500+ candidates in our internal sourcing and screening database are tagged by communication level. Clients may request a live English call during the interview stage to confirm fit for client-facing roles.
