This is a full-time, in-office role in Monsey, NY, 9 AM–5 PM. The job is outbound prospecting — most of your day is cold calling and research to bring new companies into our pipeline. Remote applicants can't be considered.

- Generate new business through outbound cold calling, research, and direct prospecting (most of the day)
- Research companies that are hiring via LinkedIn, Google, company websites, local ads, and trade shows
- Identify and reach the decision-makers responsible for hiring
- Collect relevant company information and introduce our services
- Bring serious, qualified companies into the pipeline (the internal team handles the hiring process and follow-ups)
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of B2B sales or outbound lead-generation experience
- Strong cold-calling and phone skills — comfortable on the phone most of the day
- Able to research and find the right people with no leads handed to you
- Driven, organized, self-motivated
- Able to work in-office in Monsey, NY, 9 AM–5 PM
